Advanced Rotary Pro, based in Tampa, Florida is delivering custom overhaul Leslie speakers. Our exclusive shop is strictly limited to Leslie 122/147 product restoration. The overhaul is extremely detailed and as such the timeline is based on entry condition and overhaul and repair quote, supplies, and program.

It does not matter the condition of a Leslie. Our process of excellence returns all Leslie's to optimum performance and exceptional appearance standards. Additional new modern additions can be added in the restoration design. Restoring is an art, and in art is maintaining vintage Leslie history.

Leslie Speaker restoration can include the following overhaul tasks.

1. Amplifier

- All capacitors and resistors replaced

- Electrolytic Can Capacitor replaced

- Crossover replaced

- Solid state relay installed

- Volume control de-oxidized

- All tube sockets de-oxidized

- All tubes replaced

- Cable replaced if necessary

2. Bass Rotor Drum

- Slow/Fast Motors re-built and lubricated

- Re-wired if necessary

- Armature resurfaced

- Woofer replaced if necessary

- Woofer gasket installed if necessary

- Pulleys replaced if necessary

- Bearings and grommets replaced

- Belt replaced if necessary

- Shaft greased

3. Treble Rotary Unit

- Treble Horns lubricated

- Slow/Fast Motors re-built and lubricated

- Re-wired if necessary

- Armature resurfaced

- Tweeter replaced if necessary

- Idler assembly bearing replaced

- Pulleys replaced if necessary

- Bearings and grommets replaced

- Belt replaced if necessary

4. Internal and external cabinet cleaned

5. Cabinet Finish

- Stripped

- Sanded

- Re-colored and stained

- Given three (3) coats of polyurethane clear coat finish

- Branded with the Rotary Pro certification of overhaul with serial number
